“I had known Purvi from my brother's wedding, my sister-in law spoke very highly of Purvi and after seeing her amazing work at their wedding I already knew I wanted Purvi to plan my wedding. We had an American-Indian fusion wedding, with 2 wedding ceremonies in one day, and the reception in the evening, I knew we had to be extremely organized and prepared for the day. I had no idea how much work goes into wedding planning, however, Purvi made it simple and easy from day one. My parents and I received planning spreadsheets months in advance from Purvi, and she made sure we were sticking to all the deadlines. She gave us original and innovative ideas and really made sure all our questions and concerns during the planning period were taken care of.
I live on the east coast and got married in San Francisco. Having my parents involved with the wedding planning made it extremely easy for me, and Purvi made sure to always ensure everyone was on the same page about things. As time started getting closer to the wedding date Purvi and I would have weekly phone calls to discuss planning and Purvi was always available whenever I needed to discuss the wedding.

“Purvi was a great help to us for our day of coordination. I was in charge of creating the timeline and I had some surprises that I wanted to hide from my family and I told Purvi not tell my mom. Interestingly enough, my family also had some surprises they didn't want to tell us and they told Purvi. Purvi was super good at and gave both parties timelines that didn't spill the surprises. The good part was that she kept the vendors involved and always made sure they knew what was happening.

“Purvi and her team did an amazing job at our wedding! We hired Avant Planners for day-of-coordination. She was constantly checking in with me, making sure everything was secure with our vendors and that every piece of information was ready for our big day. Her spreadsheets were extremely organized and super easy to fill out and she comes with great list of recommended vendors! Instead of looking on my own and figuring it out, majority of our vendors were from her lists.
Three days before our wedding, she called to inform me that our horse vendor had a personal emergency and would not be able to make it. In the same call, she informed me that she had already called another horse vendor and he was available for that weekend. She quickly connected me with him and he was booked within a few hours. Saved the day!
The day of, there was an outfit mishap right before the ceremony and she had safety pins ready in her purse. There was a need for advil and little did we know, she had some in her purse! She was fully prepared for anything we might have needed that day.
She very quickly got to know the important members in our wedding party and any time she needed something, she went to them first - kept me at ease the entire day. I felt more relaxed the day of than I thought I would!”
